These are my core design values, and I strive to imbue them in all of the work I do. I’ve always been making things and inventing ways to improve my surroundings. Solving a tangible need with a beautiful solution is a practice I love and resides in my core. Collaborating with a team to create a far better outcome than otherwise possible alone gives me energy. I like thinking big, working fast, yet carefully, holistically, long-term, sustainably, cross-functionally, zooming out on company strategy, and zooming in on details. I’m always improving, growing, and executing to the highest standard possible. All while achieving a larger mission, connecting my work to something deeper, tethered to improving the world, leaving it better than when I began.

Designer by choice, engineer by qualification, and a generalist at heart. Over 7 years of experience working in diverse environments, on enterprise and consumer facing digital products across Defence, Insurance, Fintech industries. Previously, launched Investor Portal, Client Profile, Unified experience of Help & support and 5 other products, and led Design Systems efforts at Morningstar.

Led the design of a Digital Template system (word processing software), enabling internal teams to reduce document template creation time from 12 days to just 2 days. Supported 7 agile squads, driving improvements in user satisfaction through ongoing user research and the delivery of intuitive UI designs tailored to user needs.

companies large and small, I’ve developed a skillset with breadth and depth.
I’m currently working on Morningstar Wealth products, was previously
the Product Designer at AdviserLogic(Now Morningstar AU),
UX/UI Designer at CRON AI, a freelance designer commissioned
by a variety of clients, and a close collaborator to many incredible people
across multiple disciplines.
